01. About

I'm a senior at White Plains High School with a 4.0 GPA and a habit of being the person people call when technology breaks. I started my school's first student-run tech help desk, spent my summers doing IT support at a day camp, and volunteer teaching older adults how to use their phones and tablets.

Whether it's a jammed printer, a confusing settings menu, or a checkout line during the Sunday rush, I like taking something frustrating and making it work — calmly, quickly, and in a way the person in front of me actually understands. Next up: studying IT and technology in college, and continuing to be the person who makes tech work for people.

02. The Tech Help Desk

WPHS Tech Help Desk

The thing I'm proudest of: I founded the WPHS Tech Help Desk — White Plains High School's first student-run technology support service.

Students and teachers were losing class time to everyday tech problems — iPads that wouldn't connect, accounts that wouldn't log in, projectors that wouldn't project. So I pitched a fix: a help desk staffed by students, for students and staff. I founded it, recruited and led the team, and built it into a service the school actually relies on.

03. How I Got Here

  1. Jun 2023

    First IT job

    Started as an IT Assistant at Breezemont Day Camp — setting up hardware, untangling software issues, and learning that most "computer problems" are really people problems.

  2. Sep 2023

    White Plains High School

    Started high school and kept the streak going: High Honor Roll every semester, National Honor Society, and eventually President of Key Club.

  3. 2023

    Founded the WPHS Tech Help Desk

    Turned "Ethan, can you look at this?" into an actual service — the school's first student-run tech support desk, helping students and staff. Still running it today.

  4. Jul 2024

    Wegmans front end

    Took a customer-facing job at Wegmans and learned service at scale — staying calm, fast, and friendly through the Sunday rush.

  5. Dec 2025

    Teaching tech at Brightview

    Started volunteering weekly at Brightview Senior Living, tutoring residents on their phones and tablets — and writing guides they can use on their own.

  6. Now

    Senior year → IT in college

    Heading into senior year and aiming at a degree in IT/technology. The plan: keep making tech work for people, just on a bigger stage.
